Invitation to Tender Domestic / National Competitive Bidding

The city of Bulawayo invites suitably qualified firms and individuals for the provision of the following Services.

Description of Tender : Provision of Vacuum Tanker Services
Remarks : A non-compulsory tender briefing shall be held on 28 March 2023 at the Municipal Offices, Tower Block, 6th Floor Conference room, corner Robert Mugabe Way and Leopold Takawira Avenue, Bulawayo at 10:00 am

Tender Reference Number : COB/FSD/1/2023
Description of Tender : Provision of Insurance Brokerage Services for a Period of 2 years
Remarks : A compulsory tender briefing shall be held on 28 March 2023 at Municipal Offices, Tower Block, 6th Floor Conference room, corner Robert Mugabe Way and Leopold Takawira Avenue, Bulawayo at 11:00 am

Closing Date : 21 April 2023

Tender Forms can be obtained from Office 203, 2nd Floor, City Hall (Under the Clock), Corner Fife Street & Leopold Takawira Avenue during office hours (08:30 to 15:00) as from Monday 20 March 2023.
Completed tender in sealed envelopes clearly marked on the outside with tender number and description must be deposited in the TENDER box of the municipality’s Town Clerk’s Department, Office Number 126, between Fife Street & Leopold Takawira Avenues, on or before 10:00 am of the due date
A non-refundable deposit of 10USD/ZWL equivalent per tender document is payable upon collection of the tender documents with specifications
No faxed, emailed or late bids will be considered. City of Bulawayo is not obliged to accept the lowest Bid, or any bid tenders will not be considered unless they comply fully with all the requirements
