Supplier Prequalification Notice 2023 – 2025

Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric Foundation (EGPAF) seeks to end global pediatric HIV/AIDS through prevention and treatment programs, research and advocacy. Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric Aids Foundation (EGPAF) Zimbabwe seeks to invite interested and eligible organisations to submit applications for the prequalification of suppliers for supply of goods, services and works for the period of 2023-2025

Supply of Goods

Supply of General Office Stationery non-printed
Supply of customised rubber stamps and office seals
Supply and maintenance of computers, laptops, tablets, printers and accessories
Supply and installation of software licences e.g antivirus
Supply of genuine printer toners and cartridges
Supply, installation and maintenance of telecommunication, teleconferencing equipment, and accessories
Supply, installation and maintenance of power backup machines, UPS, stabilisers and accessories
Supply of general office furniture, furnishings and fittings
Supply and installation of office curtains, carpets, shears, binds etc
Supply, installation and maintenance of generators
Supply of general hardware items and workshop tools
Supply of solar fittings equipment and lights
Supply of staff uniform (custom made eg overalls)
Supply of mineral drinking water and maintenance of water dispensers
Supply of cut flowers, flower arrangements and plants
Supply of office supplies tissues (Consumable and non – consumables)
Supply of motor vehicle maintenance, spare parts and consumables
Supply, installation and maintenance of firefighting equipment, smoke detectors and fire alarm system maintenance services
Supply of pharmaceuticals, surgical and laboratory equipment
Supply of relief non food items e.g blankets, Jerry Cans, mosquito nets, kitchen sets, buckets and basins, tarpaulins, dignity kits etc
Supply of fuel – petrol and diesel
Supply, installation, maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment and related consumables

Provision of Services

Provision of hotel accommodation and conference services
Provision of catering services, staff canteen and office tea catering services
Provision of engraving services
Provision of printing services
Provision of translation services
Provision of courier and dedicated rider services
Provision of cleaning, fumigation and sanitary services
Provision of security guarding
Provision of internet service provider (ISP) services
Provision of structured cabling, trunking works, fibre cable and multicore cable services
Provision of ICT consultancy services
Provision of website development and maintenance services
Provision of internal and external corporate branding services (branding of vehicles, installation of vinyl stickers/murals for walls, window markings, exterior led signage, billboards etc) branding services for event/ sales activation/ exhibition decor and tents
Provision of video and audio production house services for TVC, video, radio ads and documentaries and professional and ordinary photography, videography, and related services
Provision of Social media management and digital media strategy, management and buying services
Provision f event management, advanced public address systems, tents, seats and decoration services
Provision of experimental marketing services e.road show, activations
Provision of entertainment services (MC, DJ and PA system)
Provision of staff development, training services and team building services
Provision of first aid, fire and safety training and audit services
Provision of motor vehicle tracking services
Provision of car hire services
Provision of accounting and financial audit services and tax consultancy services
Provision of legal services
Provision of travel agency services (air ticketing, airport transfers, VIP meet and assist services, VISA ect)
Provision of disposal of biohazardous waste and electronic waste disposal (computers, electronic equipment)
Provision of clearing and forwarding services
Provision of auctioneering services

PROVISION OF WORKS

Provision of electrical contractors
Provision of plumbing and drainage works contractors
Provision of borehole drilling and maintenance services
Provision of masonry and carpenter services

The supplier pre qualification will be conducted online via

Tendersure

Tendersure ™ platform is secure, transparent and provides an efficient prequalification process. Interested suppliers may access and register on www.tendersure.africa under the ”Available Jobs” tab . Access the prequalification will be granted upon payment of a non refundable fee of USD 30.00 per category. All payments will be made online via Visa Card and Mastercard amongst others. The online prequalification exercise closes on 1st September 2023 at 10pm EAT

All existing suppliers are required to participate alongside prospective suppliers to be evaluated and considered

All participants who duly complete the prequalification process online will be notified of the outcome

Prequalification is not a guarantee for business opportunity, bidders will be invited to submit their quotations on a need basis based on the opportunities available. EGPAF Zimbabwe reserves the right to accept or reject any bid in whole or in part at its discretion
