Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced individuals to fill the above mentioned post.
Qualifications
The incumbents should posses the following characteristics
- Class 1 Bricklayer with at least a minimum of 10 years experience in the following areas:
- Construction and organising plans that meet building regulations and specifications
- Submitting stage approvals to the relevant authorities for approval
- Planning and coordinating and managing specified skills such as carpenters, electricians, tilers and plumbers to ensure successful delivery of the structures
- Should be a mature person above 50 years
- Good track record with traceable references
- Ability to work under pressure
- Must have the capacity to construct high rise structures (flats)
