Powertel Communications (Private) Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of ZESA Holdings is inviting applications from suitably qualified and experienced individuals to fill in the below mentioned position in Mutare.

Vacancy : CASHIER/SHOP ASSISTANT(CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE) X 2 FIXED TERM-MUTARE
The position exists to ensure customer satisfaction through effective execution of retail activities.
Key Performance Areas
- Markets Powertel products and services
- Monitors and reports on performance of products and services
- Ensures customer satisfaction through timeous attendance to customer queries
- Customer experience touch points (retail shops, contact centres etc)
- Develops and updates client database Responsible for cashiering and receipting
- Any other tasks that may be assigned by the Supervisor or Management
CASHIER/SHOP ASSISTANT Qualifications and Experience
- A Diploma in Marketing/Information Technology/ Sales/Business Studies /Accounting or equivalent
- At least 1-2 years relevant experience

- Honesty and integrity
- Superior customer service skills
- Numerical skills
