CHIEF ACCOUNTS CLERK, STUDENT ACCOUNTS (1 POST)
Job Description
- Bank reconciliations for all students’ deposits bank accounts;
- Presenting reconciliation reports;
- Phoning Regional Accounts Clerks to clarify areas of misconception;
- Preparing and posting journals for correcting errors;
- Correcting clerical errors and duplication before batch update;
- Supervising Accounts Clerks in the Students Accounts section; and
- Any other duties as assigned by the Accountant, Student Accounts
