Overall Job Purpose
To steer the company to be the leading and preferred market-driven passenger transport operator in the region
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provides leadership and strategic direction to the organization
- Monitor and stay abreast of industry , national and global developments , trends and events to ensure the company is able to maintain its competitive positioning
- Collaborative with the board on the company`s vision , mission , strategies and plans to ensure achievement set targets
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
- A first degree in a relevant areas of Business , Engineering finance , transport and logistics
- A post graduate degree qualification is an added advantage
- A proven performance track record
- At least ten years experience in an executive or directorship role(s)
