CLERK OF WORKS
Job Description
- Monitoring and supervision of works at the University’s project sites
- Inspection of construction works to check on quality, workmanship, building materials, and compliance with building plans and specifications
- Monitoring progress and assisting in the preparation of project progress reports
- Identifying and communicating project related challenges and any other issues that arise at the project site
- Maintaining on-site project records
- Checking on compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations at the project site
- Performing any other duties as assigned the Projects Officer.
