Department of Oral Health

Clinic Administrator (1 POST)

Qualifications, Experience and Attributes
Applicants must possess the following:

A Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or Accounting.
A minimum of 2 years supervisory experience in the related field.
Knowledge of Clinic Operations is an added Advantage.
Have a minimum of 5 Ordinary level passes including English Language, Science and Mathematics at Grade C, or better.

Duties and Responsibilities
The successful candidate would be responsible for:

Day to day administrative operations at the UZOHC to ensure the Centre runs smoothly in all respects and report to the Chairperson of the Department.
Maintaining effective relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Ensuring that the clinic has adequate stocks
Managing the Clinic’s budget, billing and inventory.
Overseeing the purchase, maintenance and repair of clinic equipment.
Develops and implements clinic protocols
Ensure dissemination of information to the Clinic staff, providers and other divisional managers on any updates and or changes of clinics protocols.
