Qualifications:
- At least a certificate in Hotel and Catering or equivalent qualification
- Five or more years of experience as a cook
Key Responsibilities:
- Capable to prepare and cook meals following preset menu in accordance with the Health and Safety Regulations
- Follow recipes, including measuring, weighing and mixing ingredients
- Bake, grill, steam and boil meats, vegetables, fish, beef, poultry and other foods.
Serve food. - Maintain a clean and safe working area, including handling utensils, equipment and dishes.
- Maintain food safety and sanitation standards.
