QUALIFICATIONS
The incumbent should meet the following criteria
- Highly dedicated and committed proffessional of unquestionable integrity
- Abilty to promote the school ethos , vision, an mission in all disciplines
- A minimum of 5 years teaching experience in a reputable school
- Computer literate – ability to apply ICT in teaching and learning
- Familiarity with the ZIMSEC and Cambridge Curricula
- Ability to lead, motivate and inspire staff to achive the highest standards
- Ability to safeguard the welfare of Children
- Ability to support the School Head in the strategic role of raising standards in academic, sport and culture
- Ability to build effective relationships with all stakeholders through excellent verbal and written communication
- Ability to work under pressure and meeting deadlines
