Vacancy : Drivers / Office Orderlies (ZLC 8 Grade)
Reporting to Assistant Manager – Finance Administration & HR
Duties
- Driving Commission Pool Vehicles
- Vehicle Cleaning
- Record keeping (Vehicle Log Book) and reporting vehicle status
- Providing Office services
- Office Cleaning
- Mail Delivery within and out of offices
- Any other related duties as may be assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
- A Clean Class 4 Driver’s Licence
- Possession of a Class One Driver’s Licence is a distinct advantage
- At least 5 Ordinary Level subject passes
- Possession of a Valid Defensive Driving certificate and Government Authority to Drive (GA) is an added advantage
- Should be consistently be presentable , be of sober habits and with customer care skills
- Sensitivity to protocol issues
