Netone Cellular (Private) Limited seeks to recruit a highly motivated, outstanding and results oriented individual to fill the following position

Vacancy : Enterprise Risk Manager

Responsibility

The incumbent shall be responsible to the Head Enterprise and Loss Control

Key Job Purpose

To review and asses risk management policies and protocols and make recommendations, implement modifications and improvements for Netone Cellular (Private) Limited

Principal Job Responsibilities

Drives and manages the risk management process across the company by training employees
Leads on the redesigning of the current Risk and Security Management structure, develops new structures for risk and security monitoring and reporting as well as manage the risk and security budget
Lead the development and review of security plans and procedures as well as the coordination and implementation of security policies and processes
Guides integration of enterprise risk management with other organisational planning and management activities
Liaises with departmental heads in ensuring completion of quality departmental risk registers
Compiles and manages corporate risk register
Identifies training needs for risk management and oversees development of enterprise risk competence and awareness across Netone
Works with Head Audit and Risk ensuring the identification and prioritisation of risks and reporting of the same
Liaises with department and division heads on the adequacy of proposed actions in management of risk areas highlighted in internal audit reports
Monitors implementation of action plans to ensure risk mitigation efforts are proceeding as required
Evaluates and reports the effectiveness of cascading risk management approach to business decision making
Assists Head Audit and Risk Management in preparing board papers for risk and security management reporting

Qualification and Experience

A relevant Bachelor’s Degree in Risk and Security Management
A Master’s Degree in Risk Management or equivalent
Relevant professional certification in Risk and security management
Three to five years experience at managerial level in Risk and Security Management

Competencies

Strong Analytical, interpersonal and multi-tasking skills
Practical knowledge on ERM as well as risk management/ project management
Good people management and coordination skills
Excellent financial acumen
Excellent organisational and communication skills
