Responsible for assisting in Agency Functions in order to give clients the best value for their sold properties and realise income (commission) for the organisation
Key Performance Areas
- Assisting in Agency Functions in order to give clients the best value for their sold properties and realise income (commission) for the organisation
- Obtains the mandate to sell the property from owner/seller
- Appraises and advertises the property with the assistance of the Divisional Director and Senior Agent
- Preparation of advertising material for the print and electronic media
- Researching into property market variables such as rentals, property values, construction costs
Qualifications, Experience and Attributes
- Related first degree like such as Marketing, Business Studies, IMM
- Clean Driver Licence
- Self Starter
- Target Driven with entrepreneurial skills
- Must be aged 28 years
