A reputable organisation that is a key player in the mining and construction sectors is seeking the services of a Human Resources and SHE Manager for its Head Office

Job Summary

The purpose of this role is to manage all human resources, safety, health and environment matters and ensure statutory and other standards compliance

Minimum Job Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in a Social Science field or safety, health and environment related fields
• A Masters Degree is an added advantage but not a critical requirement
• A minimum of seven years HR or SHE experience with at least three in a head office or senior role
• Mining and construction industry knowledge is important
• A relevant professional qualification such as NEBOSH, OSHMEC, SAM TRAC and IPMZ
• A clean class 4 Driver’s Licence

Attributes (knowledge, skills and Abilities) Required

• Excellent Policy creation and implementation capability
• High computer proficiency (Especially MS Word, MS Excel and MS Powerpoint)
• Experience in developing, implementing and maintaining ISO 45001, ISO 14001 and ISO 9001
• Working knowledge of Zimbabwean labour, SHE legislation and standards
• Excellenting planning, writing and creative communication skills
• Ability to organize and lead remote teams
• The individual must be able to travel long distances around the country
