Zimbabwe Power Company (ZPC) a subsidiary of ZESA Holdings is the leading generator of electrical energy in Zimbabwe and supplies the bulk of the nation’s electrical power requirements from its five power stations. The company is inviting suitably qualified, motivated and experienced staff to fill the following vacancy that has arisen in Zimbabwe Power Company.
Job : Messenger – ZPC Head Office : Fixed Term Ref : ZPCHO 11/04/23
The Position
This is a position reporting to the Administration Officer. The position provides administrative support and ensure that various types of documents are delivered.
Key Performance Areas
- Delivers all outgoing mail
- Collect documents from all offices and deliver them as directed
- Cleans and tides up all offices on a daily basis
- Prepares refreshments for visitors and meetings
- Photocopies documents as required and ensures confidentiality
- Any other duties as may be assigned by the administration Officer from time to time
Essential Competencies and Attributes
- Good Communication skills
- Smart and presentable
Qualifications and Experience
- Certificate in Customer Care or equivalent
- At least 5 O Levels subjects including Mathematics and English Language
