Vacancy : Motor Grader Operators 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Operate heavy  equipment used  in road construction  and maintenance  specifically  case 865B , case 885B and cat 120G Motor  Grader  , in a safe  and appropriate manner 
• The operator  will be  working at various sites across  the country  according to customers needs 
• Typical  client  tasks will  include  , but are not  limited  to , sub-grade compactions , final cutting  , base  layer  formation  , finish  cap surfaces , bush clearing , rural road development  and rehabilitation and opening  storm water drains 
• Be able to finish  blade road surfaces within tolerances 
• Use various  other pieces  of heavy  equipment (e.g .Tractor Loader Backhoe /TLB) 

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE 

• 5 O`level including  English language 
• Clean class 2 drivers license must 
• Certificate in earth moving machinery , specifically motorized grader 
• At least 3 years traceable and relevant  experience in operating  earth moving machinery  (motorized grader) 
• Mature  and result  oriented
