Vacancy : OFFICER, ICT FACILITIES (1 Post)
Qualifications, Experience and Attributes:
The position requires an individual with:-
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science or Bachelor of Business Studies with Computing Sciences or Bachelor of Science in Information Systems or related degree is required.
- A project management certification is a distinct advantage.
- Must possess strong communication and excellent organizational skills.
- Knowledge of both technical and business terminology is required.
Duties and Responsibilities
The successful candidate must be able to:-
- Create and maintain an inventory register for all ICT assets.
- Update the inventory register after asset disposals and or procurement.
- Maintain an inventory for all computer laboratories and office equipment.
- Maintain and update an inventory for all ICT assets in teaching venues and meeting venues.
- Perform any other duties assigned as by the Director ICT Services.
