PROJECTS OFFICER
Job Description
- Coordinating and supervising the University’s construction projects
- Participating in developing construction project proposals and designs, scope and specifications of works, quantity and cost estimates, program of works, annual plans and budgets
- Ensuring compliance with regulations relating to building construction including approvals
- Liaising with contractors and other project team players and stakeholders on project requirements
- Monitoring and evaluation of project progress
- Creating and maintaining project records
- Performing any other duties as assigned by the Director, Infrastructure and Estates Management
