Job Vacancy : Property Manager

Duties and Responsibilities

• Supervision of Staff
• Managing Large property portfolios
  • New Tenants
  • Existing Tenants
  • Rent Collection
• Compiling various reports
• Preparation of budgets
• Handling queries/ Enquiries

Qualifications, Experience and Attributes

• Related First Degree , Accounting, Engineering, Rural and Urban Planning, Real Estate Management, Economics, Marketing, or professional qualifications such as Associate of REIZ, IMM
• 3 years experience
• Clean Driver’s license
• Commercial Driver’s License
• Commercial minded with entrepreneurial skills
• 35 years and below
