Vacancy : QUALITY CONTROLLER X 1
Splash Paints and Plastics is looking for a qualified and experienced personnel to fill the above vacancy. The candidate will be required to examine manufacturing processes and operational techniques and ensure that the products made in the facilities conform to industry, company, and Consumer expectations and standards consistently.
QUALITY CONTROLLER Duties and Responsibilities
The incumbent shall be accountable and report to the General Manager and Work in liaison with the other designated officials. Expected duties shall include the following:
- Monitoring operations to ensure that they meet production standards
- Recommending adjustments to the production process
- Reporting inspection and testing data such as weights, temperatures, grades, moisture content, and quantities inspected
- Inspecting, testing, or measuring materials or products being produced
- Measuring products with the apt use of calipers, gauges, or micrometers
- Operating electronic inspection equipment and software.
- Screening finished products for acceptance or rejection.
- Removing all products and materials that fail to meet specifications
- Assuming any duties as assigned by Management.
QUALIFICATIONS
- At least three (3) years experience as a Quality Controller with hands on experience of quality management systems (QMS)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Quality Assurance or any relevant field
- Math skils data reporting, measuring, calibrating, and calculating specifications are just some of the many skills you should possess
