Technician /Senior Technician (1 Post) – Materials
Qualifications and Experience
- A ND in any Materials Science/Engineering discipline or related field
- A relevant HND or Materials Science/Engineering would be an advantage
- At least 1 year relevant industry experience.
Duties and Responsibilities
The successful candidate would be required, among other duties, to:
- Carry out chemistry laboratory work (sampling, testing using analytical equipment and instruments)
- Coordinate and supervise laboratory practicals and research work.
- Assist students and staff in research and third-stream income projects.
- Assist staff and students in research and third-stream projects
- Conduct any other duties that may be assigned from time to time
