Main Responsibilities / Job Summary
- Take down minutes at meetings and disciplinary hearings
- Type correspondence, departmental reports, Committees and Council agenda / minutes
- File Documents
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- At least 5 O Levels including English Language at Grade C or better
- Certificate in Secretarial Studies
- Computer Literate
- At least 1 year experience in a similar environment
