Invitation to Domestic Tender (Competitive Bidding Method)
The Municipality of Chegutu Invited bids from suitably qualified, registed and reputable suppliers in terms of the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act (Cap 22:23) for the supply and delivery of the following requirements

Description : Supply and Delivery of Brand New Vehicles (4 x 4 Single Cab Vehicles & Fully Equipped Ambulance Vehicle)
Closing Date : 25/04/2023
Closing Time : 1000 Hours Local Time
Detailed Standard bidding documents are obtainable from the Town Clerk;s Office at Town House, Number 1 Queen Street Chegutu, upon payment of a non-refundable fee of US$10.00 payable in local currency using the official interbank rate on the date of payment. Soft copies of standard bidding documents are obtainable free of charge on request from the following emails : enockzinyama@gmail.com/ pmu@chegutu.co.zw/ bchapendama@gmail.com
Bids must be enclosed in sealed envelopes and clearly endorsed on the outside with the advertised Tender Number and Tender description. The bid documents must be deposited in the tender box located in the Town Clerk’s Office at Town House, Chegutu by 1000hrs on OR before Tuesday 25 April 2023 addressed to:
