  • Information Systems Auditor
  • Stores Supervisor
  • Compliance Officer – Monitoring and Testing
  • Projects and Administration Officer

Job : Information Systems Auditor

Reporting to the Senior Internal Auditor the incumbent will be responsible for performing audits of the information technology governance structure, general and data application controls, data integrity and system security

Key Performance Areas

  • Performs general and application control reviews of computer information systems
  • Performs information controls review including system development standards, operating procedures, system security, programming controls, reporting and integrity controls , backup and disaster recovery and business continuity, and system maintenance
  • Conducts detailed Data analytics to inform both Audits and Business decision making
  • Conducts revenue Assurance reviews
  • Prepares audit finding memoranda and working papers ensuring adequate documentation to support audit conclusions
  • Prepares and prepares written reports and other technical information
  • Consults/advises on various operational issues related to computerised information systems
  • Follows up on audit findings to ensure that management has taken corrective actions (s)
  • Train staff in computerised audit software, audit management system and techniques

Qualification and Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
  • 2 years experience information technology auditing
  • Certified information systems Auditor (CISA)
  • Demonstrable training in Audit Command Languages (ACL)

Job : Stores Supervisor

Reporting to the Projects and Administration Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for coordinating daily warehouse activities such as receiving and storing goods, managing inventory levels, ensuring the efficient delivery of goods, supervising staff and securing the storeroom

Key Performance Areas

  • Forecast supply and demand to prevent overstocking and running out of stocks
  • Verifies deliveries and ensure compliance with order specifications
  • Maintains a register of all stock items and keep an accurate inventory record
  • Prepares periodic stock counts, book values and reconcile records
  • Manage assets, stores space and initiates the disposal of obsolete items
  • Ensures maintenance of standards and compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Issues stock to departments
  • Supervises and controls the operations of the storeroom

Qualifications & Experience

  • Diploma in Purchasing and Supply or equivalent
  • 3 years experience in store/warehouse activities

Job : Compliance Officer – Monitoring and Testing

Reporting to the Compliance Manager, the position exists to develop, implement, and maintain an effective compliance monitoring program to ensure compliance controls are operating effectively, identifying gaps and recommending appropriate corrective action

Key Performance Areas

  • Annual Compliance Plan- Provides inputs in the preparation of the Plan through quality reviews
  • Advisory Services – advises and guides business to achieve regulatory compliance, addressing any issues arising from monitoring reports
  • Reporting – reports on levels of compliance assurance and any issues arising from specific monitoring activity
  • Training – provides compliance expertise support, guidance and training on compliance matters
  • Systems and Processes – reviews systems and process in order to continually improve compliance with a focus on business service levels, productivity, efficiency and customer service

Qualifications and Experience

  • A Business or Commerce related degree
  • A professional qualification or certification in compliance management is an added advantage
  • At least 2 years working experience with MasterCard or Visa Products

Skills and Attributes

  • Good knowledge of International card product rules and regulations
  • Proficiency in processes and procedures drafting
  • Strong attention to details, research, analytical and investigation skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

Job : Projects and Administration Officer

Reporting to the Project and Administration Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for managing projects, property maintenance, managing leases and maintaining asset register

Key Performance Areas

  • Identifies property / land development
  • Coordinates and supervises property development projects
  • Compiles property valuation reports
  • Ensures that building/workplaces are maintained in good condition
  • Prepare and enforce lease agreements
  • Handle tenant/ landlord complaints and issues
  • Maintains a composite master asset register

Qualifications and Experience

  • Degree in Rural and Urban Planning, Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying or equivalent
    Valuation Certificate
  • 3 years experience in project management
