Secretary-Cum-Bookkeeper
Opportunities have arisen for post of Secretary-Cum-Bookkeeper within the National Employment Council for the Security Industry of Zimbabwe (NECSIZ) at Harare Office
Duties and Responsibilities
- Receptionist and secretarial duties
- Bookkeeping and administrative duties
- Preparation of monthly financial statements for the office
- Receipting and banking
- Registering new security companies
- Following up on companies for payment of NEC levies
- Registering Complaints and updating Designated Agent’s Diary
- Prepare payments
Qualifications
- At least a Bachelors Degree in Accounting or equivalent with a minimum 2.2 Degree classification
- A pass in O Level Mathematics with B or better
- Have basic knowledge of the Security Industry
- Be aged between 25 and 35 years
Attributes
- Have excellent communication skills
- Ability to work with minimum supervision
- Have excellent computer skills
- Ability to meet strict deadlines
