TRAIN AS A TEACHER – 2022 INTAKE

Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates to train as teachers for one of the following three year Diploma Programmes:

Diploma in Education Primary : Early Childhood Development (ECD)
Diploma in Education Primary (Junior)
Diploma in Education Secondary (Sciences)

For 3 above these are the combinations available:

a) Pure Mathematics and Applied Mathematics

b) Chemistry and Biology.

c) Chemistry and Physics.

d) Geography and Agriculture

Entry requirements

To qualify for 1 and 2 above, the candidate must have passed a minimum of 5 ‘O’ Level subjects including English, Mathematics and a Science subject.

To qualify for 3, the candidate must have passed a minimum of 5 ‘O’ Level subjects including English, Mathematics and a Science subject, with strong passes in the preferred subject of specialization. ‘A’ level passes in the preferred subject combinations are an added advantage.

Deposit RTGS 1000 non-refundable processing fee into the following Marymount Teachers College Agribank Account 037000093425 Mutare Branch.

Fill in the downloaded application form and attach original proof of payment.

Scan the completed application form and the original proof of payment and send as one document to mmtcadmissions2022@marymount.ac.zw

Only successful candidates will be advised.

Closing date for applications is Friday 24 September 2021.
