42nd Graduation Ceremony 2023
The University of Zimbabwe wishes to inform all Graduands, their families and the Nation at large that its 2023 Graduation Ceremony has bees scheduled as follows
Date and Venue
The Ceremony will be held on Friday, 8 September 2023 at the UZ Sports Stadium. Graduands and their guests are required to be seated by 0800hrs
Graduation Fees
All Graduands are expected to pay graduation fees on or before Thursday 31 August 2023 according to the following fees schedule:

| Undergraduate | 90USD |
| Masters/MPhil | 100USD |
| DPhil | 120USD |
Graduation Fees can be paid in ZWL$ at the prevailing interbank rate

NB: Graduands to clear any outstanding fees arrears to allow issuing of Transcripts and Certificates
Graduation Regalia
Graduands can immediately collect regalia from their respective Faculties upon production of receipt of payment of graduation fees issued from the Bursar’s Department
Admission
Admission to the Graduation Venue will strictly be through invitation Cards. Cards will be issued to all graduands and their guests and these will be available for collection from faculty Offices from Monday, 4 September 2023 until close of business on Wednesday, 6th September 2023
Rehearsals
Rehearsals will be held on Thursday, 7 September 2023 Starting 1415 hours at the UZ sports Stadium. All Graduands are expected to attend the rehearsals without fail
Accreditation of Journalists
The accreditation of Journalists will be held on Wednesday, 6 September 2023. Starting at 1000hrs at the University of Zimbabwe Photographic Unit, behind and to the West of the Central Administration Building. Only accredited Photographers will gain entry into the sports stadium. All Guests and Graduands are strongly advised not to bring cameras or photographic equipment into the graduation venue
