Applicants are invited from suitably qualified and experienced persons to fill the various vacant posts that have arisen in the Zimbabwe Anti-Corruption Commission.
PROVINCIAL HEAD x 2
GRADE :G2A
REPORTING TO: EXECUTIVE SECRETARY
STATION: MASVINGO & BINDURA
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Overseeing the implementation, monitoring and evaluation of all ZACC policies, strategies, plans, programmes and projects.
- Planning and coordinating all ZACC Provincial operations.
- Developing, implementing and monitoring systems and procedures that guide effective operations of ZACC
- Provincial Offices.
- Producing periodic reports for provincial activities and operations
- Preparing the provincial annual plan and budget
- Supervising provincial staff and units
Qualifications, Experience and Competencies
- Degree in Accounting/ Economics/ Administration/ Management/ Law/ Security Studies/Business Studies/Forensic/ Intelligence or Social Science from
accredited tertiary institution - Master’s degree is an added advantage.
- At least 6 years progressive working experience of which two years must be at Principal/ Supervisory level
- Experience of working in a law enforcement/security agency is an added advantage.
MANAGER COMMUNICATIONS AND MEDIA LIAISON X 1
GRADE : G2A
REPORTING TO: EXECUTIVE SECRETARY
STATION: HEAD OFFICE
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Developing, implementing and monitoring the strategic communication framework of ZACC
- Planning and coordinating corporate events and exhibitions
- Reviewing public messages and branding for the Commission
- Communicating with stakeholders on behalf of the Commission
- Overseeing the updating of the corporate website and all ZACC social media platforms and managing institutional emails
- Drafting executive speeches for events, press releases, press statements vii. Analysing media coverage content
- Producing biennial corporate magazine and in-house newsletters
- Editing of Information, Education and Communication (IEC) material
- Appraising Communication and Media Liaison staff
Qualifications, Experience and Competencies
- Degree in Public Relations/ Journalism/ Media Studies/ Communication OR English and Communication plus ND in Journalism/PR/Communication from accredited tertiary
institution - Master’s degree in the relevant area is an added advantage
- At least 6 years progressive working experience in the Communication and Media field of which two years must be at Principal/ Supervisor level
AUDIT & RISK OFFICER X 2
GRADE: G3A
REPORTING TO : AUDIT & RISK MANAGER
STATION: HEAD OFFICE
JOB RESPONSIBILITIE
- Implementing the Annual Audit Plan including planning processes, actual audit and report presentation
- Preparing and communicating audit findings and recommendations
- Carrying out special audit assignments as and when requested
- Following up on the implementation of audit
- Conducting periodic reviews of financial statements
- Recommending effective system of internal controls systems.
- Drafting of monthly audit reports and communications
- Assisting in establishing a follow up mechanism on agreed recommendations on financial, operational and regulatory deficiencies reported during past audits.
Qualifications, Experience and Competencies
- Bachelor’s Degree in Auditing/ Risk Management/ Accounting, Finance or professional qualification such as CIS, CIMA, ACCA
- Master degree in the relevant field is an added advantage
- Relevant audit experience is an added advantage
- Competence in IT accounting and auditing packages
- Must be computer proficiency
