Zimbabwe Red Cross Society (ZRCS) is inviting registered suppliers to submit proposals for partitioning of its clinic located in central business district Harare
Background
Zimbabwe Red Cross Society is a humanitarian organisation whose role is to provide humanitarian services for the alleviation of human suffering in Zimbabwe. In pursuant of this mandate the Zimbabwe Red Cross Society through its clinic Unit intends to increase its capacity and efficiency in delivering service to the general public
Interested bidders are therefore requested to submit proposals for the following
Lot 1: Partitioning of the ground floor at Red Cross Clinic
Tender Conditions
- Payment of USD 100.00 non refundable fee for each of the selected lots
- Company profile, registration and valid tax clearance certificate
- Attach copy of tender fee receipt
- Detailed proposal
- At least 3 reference letters of previous related jobs
Tender Documents are obtainable upon payment of the non-refundable fee at ZRCS Head Office at No. 10 St Annes Rd. Avondale Harare
Comprehensive bids in sealed envelopes clearly marked with the ”Tender Number” should be delivered in two copies to the undersigned not later than Tuesday 18 July 2023 at 1100hrs. Collecting of bidding documents shall be from Monday 10 July 2023. Site Visit will be on Thursday 13 July 2023 10am at Red Cross Clinic No 98 Cameroon Street, Harare
NB : All suppliers who submitted their bids for the initial advertisement are required to resubmit their updated bids without paying any other fees, however every other condition applies.
Zimbabwe Red Cross Society reserves the right to accept or reject any tender (even lowest bid) and right to accept the whole or part of the tender
